As the title of Hottie Cams indicate, you will find some thrilling voyeur type movies through this membership. There are ex-girlfriends and ex-boyfriends caught in action and even some of your naughty neighbours might turn up in some of the more spy-like movies. Going in, I'm not sure that I'm expecting to find awesome quality videos because the tour does state that all the episodes inside the members' area have been shot with video and digital cameras or cell phones, for example. On the other hand, the tour also promises HD quality videos, so I guess the only thing left to do is sign into Hottie Cams and see what is really going on.
As you can probably guess from the name of this site, Hottie Cams is all about capturing action on tape. There aren't any photos inside the members' area, but there are several exciting bonus sites that come with the admission fee. All the extra sites are exclusive and offer high-quality videos, as well as photos. The sites include PrivateFeeds, AbbieTeen, ModelTexans, RealDollSex, GamerChicks, AsianSoloGirls and ModelRussians.
There aren't any content dates on this site and it's hard to tell when the site last added anything new. The overall design and presentation of the content looks very old. According to the webmaster, the site is in the midst of being revamped. This means we can at least expect a new design and hopefully better navigational features at some point during 2012. Also, with a redesign, I imagine the webmasters are hoping to relaunch this one and if I had to judge by the more recently listed videos, I'd say that they are doing things a lot differently than when they first launched back in 2006.
So far, you'll find 63 episodes. Most are complete files, but the newer episodes appear to be added in two parts. Hopefully, this will also change in the future. However, you really can't go wrong with the impressive quality and video format options. All new videos are available in DVD and HD WMV (9630kbps, 1920x1080), M4v (1650kbps, 960x540), MP4 (1660kbps, 960x536), 3GP and Nintendo 3DS formats. There are only about a half dozen of these. All remaining films are 1190kbps, 720x480 Windows Media Videos. Unfortunately, they are very poor looking even if the actual action seems more in line with the overall theme.
All the older films appear to be shot in amateur style as if they are indeed home sex tapes. Some camera angles are POV and others are shot from higher angles as if hidden cameras. Basically, it seems to be the same dude in the movies and he tapes himself with one, and sometimes two or three girls at a time. Bisexual Britni is often in these early films. She is a notorious porn babe and has been around for a long time. She used to have her own site, though I'm not sure if she still does. Eventually, as time goes on, new models are introduced and Britni disappears.
Suddenly, in more recent updates, the whole style of the films changes, as if the site had been sold and bought by someone else. In these films, the guys faces are often hidden and blurred so that we get the impression they are being shot without their knowledge. The locations become more diverse and there appear to be a lot of couples who enjoy role-playing in various costumes. However, the angles still give a homeshot and hidden camera perspective of all the hardcore.
Final Verdict
Hottie Cams is a site that has been around for a while and it's also one that has seen a lot of changes over the years. I don't mind seeing the evolution of the site from early scenes of couples taping their own sex adventures or taping their sex trysts using a hidden camera style. The new movies are more diverse in location and action and there is a role play aspect to the newer films that is fun. All newer episodes are offered in multiple formats and in excellent HD quality, but newer films represent only a fraction of the total amount. It seems like the site may be going through some changes, so things like design and navigation might improve. It wouldn't hurt to have content dates, either, if only to uncover how frequent the updates are coming. In any case, HottieCams is a fun little site and very inexpensive. However, you get your dollars worth from access to the entire network of sites more than from Hottie Cams itself.
